Our first meeting of August will be a speeches and debate drills meeting. During the first part of the meeting, we will have members completing traditional Toastmaster speech projects, followed by evaluations of their presentations. Depending on the schedule, this portion of the meeting may be modified to accomodate our club contests in the Evaluation and Humorous categories. I encourage our club members to keep an eye on your e-mail for details.

The second half of the meeting will be short impromptu debates on a variety of topics. You typically have a choice between 5 different topics.

A reminder - our meeting location has changed. We will be meeting temporarily at the condominium clubhouse of one of our members. The clubhouse is located near 430 Lotus Lane, Mountain View, CA 94043. If you need directions, let me know by contacting me through the link below my photo at the left, and I will send you a copy.
